Shipping Policy

Hey I really appreciate your support. All rings are made with care, and I want to keep things transparent so you know what to expect when it comes to shipping.

Made to Order Rings

Most rings are Made to Order, which means I start making them after you place your order.

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Production time: Around 2–3 weeks

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready and has shipped.

Ready to Ship Rings

If a ring is listed as Ready to Ship, it will be posted within 2–5 business days. These pieces are pre-made and available in limited sizes.

Shipping Within Australia

All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. At checkout, you can choose:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $200 AUD.

Local Pickup

If you're local to Byron Bay area, you can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout. I’ll contact you after your order to arrange a time.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for a flat rate of $40 AUD. Orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post International.

Standard International: Estimated 2–4 weeks

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

Packaging

Each ring is packaged in a simple, protective jewellery box — ready to gift or keep for yourself.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, delivery times are out of my control. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up, please check with your local post office first, then feel free to reach out to me at DizzySky@outlook.com — I’m happy to help where I can.
