Thanks for visiting and supporting my small business! By using this site or placing an order with Dizzy Sky, you agree to the terms outlined below. These are here to keep things clear and fair for both of us.
Handmade Nature of Products
All rings are handcrafted, one at a time, by myself (Skye) in Byron Bay, Australia. Slight variations in texture, finish, or shape are normal and part of the charm of handmade jewellery. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Orders & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Full payment is required at checkout before any work begins
Dizzy Sky reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary (e.g. due to stock issues, pricing errors, or concerns)
Shipping
Made to Order rings take 2–5 business days processing time, followed by approximately 2–3 weeks for production for Made to Order, and 2-6 weeks for custom designs.
Ready to Ship items will be posted within 2–5 business days
Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking
International shipping is available for a flat rate of $40 AUD
Buyers are responsible for any international customs duties or taxes

Customer Responsibilities
When placing an order with Dizzy Sky, you are responsible for:
Providing the correct shipping address and ring size
Reading the product description and understanding whether an item is Made to Order, Ready to Ship, or Custom
Collecting your parcel if delivery is missed
Understanding that shipping timeframes are estimates only, and delays may occur
If you have any questions about sizing or details, feel free to email me before placing your order.
Custom Pieces
Custom pieces are made specifically for you and may include changes to the design, materials, stone choice, or sizing.
Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders
Once the creation process has begun, no refunds or cancellations will be offered
Custom pieces are not eligible for returns, unless covered under warranty (e.g. in the rare case of a defect)
Please review and confirm all details carefully before custom work begins.
Returns & Warranty
All pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering faults in materials or craftsmanship. If an issue arises during this time, please contact DizzySky@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and send through your order number and photos of the piece, and I’ll review the issue and repair or replace the item if eligible.
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (e.g. knocks, drops)
Improper care or storage
Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or rough handling
General wear and tear over time
If you're unsure about care instructions or ring sizing, feel free to reach out — I'm happy to help make sure your piece lasts.
Intellectual Property
All images, product designs, and content on this website are the property of Dizzy Sky and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Dizzy Sky is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by postal services or customs, or for issues resulting from incorrect order information provided by the customer.
